His coaching and consulting company, Hospice Advisors, has helped hundreds of organizations using the principles in his two books, “The 7 Pillars of Growth,” and “A Son’s Journey: Taking Care of Mom and Dad.” Kazanowski provides his clients with fresh perspective and doable tactics to solve marketing, operational and growth challenges.

He owns two successful personal home health care companies; Homewatch CareGivers in Michigan and First Home Care in Moscow, Russia, assist families and adult children successfully deal with caring for aging loved ones, world-wide.
